Our company was established in 1993 by Todd Kirkland and Dennis DeBonis to fill a void in the market for timely and quality repairs on physical lab test equipment. Todd brought his expertise as Service Manager for the North American distributor for Grabner Instruments while Dennis brought his expertise in Sales, Marketing and Distribution. Together, they have established and grown PSSC into a well-known and respected company.

We became incorporated on August 4th, 1993. Many things have changed since our inception. New industry standards, new EPA rules and new Instrumentation to handle the additional parameters needed to provide the best fuel possible for consumers. We have expanded our capabilities with the best, most experienced personnel in the industry. PSSC is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration provider.
